Do only Celtic Pagans celebrate Imbolc?

Or do others celebrate the same day under another name?

Wiccans celebrate Imbolc/Brigid also. Wicca incorporates the four Celtic cross-quarter holidays (Samhain, Brigid, Beltaine and Lughnasadh) with the four Roman quarter holidays (the solstices and equinoxes).
